As we navigate this changing landscape, we wanted to take a moment to reiterate that your health and wellness is our number one priority. We have been taking extra precaution to ensure your health and wellness is at the forefront of everything we do. Please know that we have been following the advice of the CDC, the Salt Therapy Association, and other professionals and their organizations to maintain a safe and healthful environment. See below for additional details regarding the studio. We look forward to welcoming you!
In the Studios
Private Sessions Only
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, we will be offering private halotherapy sessions only (at no additional cost) by appointment for individuals, families and known groups. Your health, wellness and safety is our number one priority and we feel this is the best way to continue forward in providing you a designated space to improve your respiratory health, boost your immune and calm anxiety, all while being mindful of our changing environment and social responsibility.
As many of you know, there is a very complex system in place to control things like air flow, filtration, humidity and more in the design of halotherapy salt rooms. The air inside the salt room is filtered outside and replenished with fresh air between every session providing you a dedicated space to sit back, relax and provide a boost to your respiratory health – as the salt continues to be anti inflammatory, antibacterial and super absorbent.
At a time with much uncertainty, anxiety can be high and our health and wellness is paramount. We hope that the studio can be a place for you to escape, calm your mind and of course, keep your respiratory system and immune health in peak performance.
Dedication to Sanitation
We have been and will remain vigilant in our cleaning and sanitation practices. We have reviewed all cleaning procedures with our team and will continue to practice safety measures, including:
- Disinfecting all chairs in the studio between every session
- Laundering all blankets and towels between every use
- Disinfecting all high touch areas between every session
- Asking that you wear socks during your halotherapy session
- Completely filtering all air to the outside and replenishing with fresh in the salt room between every session!
Times, they are a changin. And we are doing our best to adapt and change with them.
The Town of Hilton Head Island passed an ordinance that “makes face masks mandatory for customers in all commercial spaces, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, hotel lobbies, restaurants, retail stores and bars”.
We kindly ask that you wear a mask when entering either the Hilton Head Island or Bluffton studio. As you know, both halotherapy and infrared sauna sessions remain private, meaning only you (or your family/friends that you wish to join you) are experiencing the benefits during a session. Even though we have adapted to a private studio experience, we ask that you wear a mask in the studio until entering the private rooms. Once you enter the salt or sauna rooms, please remove your masks so you can experience the benefits. We ask that you put your mask back on before coming out.
We care about you, we care about each other. Lets continue to work together to do our part to keep our community safe!
