In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb: March Meditation

Join us for a special afternoon of therapeutic practices to move us gently into a state of relaxation and calm. Like the month of March; come in feeling like a fiery ferocious lion, and leave feeling like a calm gentle lamb.Emily will teach gentle breathing techniques for cooling and relaxation, interwoven with guided meditations to take us deeper into a state of peace. Expect to practice breathwork sitting upright in our lounge chairs, then to recline and receive guided meditation/visualization instruction.
