The Salted Nourish to Flourish Series is an 8-Class program designed to empower you to discover the nourishment your body, mind and soul are craving. As there is no universal strategy for overall wellness – what works for one individual may not for another – the series is exploratory. During each class, you are guided through a journey of helping your body and mind discover what your soul already knows. From food choices and other healthy habits, to inner dialogue and your deepest desires, you will uncover secrets to nourishing your unique person, and develop actionable strategies to take beyond the classroom, into the flourishing life you create for yourself. Each class takes place in the salt studio, where you will enjoy the natural and relaxing space built from pure Himalayan salt while receiving all of the additional healing benefits of Halotherapy throughout each class.

5/19: Mother Nature Knows Best: Upgrade The Quality of Your Food

There is no single diet that is right for everyone, but there is one very important truth about food that cannot be argued. Processed food is toxic. This class will help you upgrade your food choices, make peace with your belly and begin to eliminate sources of inflammation. We’ll reveal strategies for avoiding toxins that have become commonplace in our food supply and swapping processed food choices for real food alternatives that are just as tasty. Sleep is the often under-appreciated fourth pillar of good health, alongside eating right, getting exercise, and staying hydrated. When we don’t get regular sleep, we not only feel tired all the time, but we also struggle with other important bodily functions, including hormone balance, metabolism and brain function. In this class you will learn tips you can apply throughout the day to improve your ability to create a regular sleep pattern that will have you feeling more energy, mental clarity and better able to handle stress.

This class will help you get in touch with your inner critic, understand its intentions, and create boundaries for it. You’ll learn tips for over-coming self-doubt that you can use on the spot – in critical moments – allowing your creativity to flourish and keeping you in action toward your goals.

In this class, you’ll learn how to ask for what you want, and get it. Believe it or not, the secret to this lies in knowing WHAT you want. And that’s not as easy as it sounds. If it were, we’d all be a lot closer to what we wanted. This class will be dedicated to getting comfortable with knowing exactly what we want, and learning what to do next to get it.

We are all busy, with work, family, social commitments, and plenty of other things. But have you noticed that being “so busy” has become somewhat of a badge of honor in our society. The busier we are, the more important we are. This class is all about getting comfortable with being less busy. Speeding up progress, by slowing down our pace. We have complete control over how busy we are, when life is happening FOR us, not TO us. You’ll learn how to distinguish things that belong on your calendar with those that don’t. You’ll also learn how to say NO when something doesn’t serve you and strategies for being more productive with things that are a YES.

If you don’t pay attention to money, it will get your attention, and probably in a way you don’t like. So this class is all about examining your relationship with money. Is it a friendly one? Or adversarial? If money were a person, what would you say to it? Where our attention goes, the energy flows, so this class is all about uncovering your relationship with money, and identifying whether that relationship is in alignment with what you want out of life. You’ll walk away with an understanding of where your money beliefs come from, how those beliefs need to be updated, and what to do to change them to get what you want out of life.

The most wonderful time of the year is knocking on our doorstep…but is it so wonderful? These days, the holidays are equally associated with stress. Stress over time, money, what to eat and drink, how to deal with family and friends. Rather than enjoying it all, many of us get to January 1st and are just grateful to have it all behind us. This class is all about making the holiday season what we want it to be, instead of something we dread. You’ll learn tips for maintaining a healthy vibe in the face of endless sugary sweets and cocktail parties, as well as strategies for reducing the stresses that come with too little time, too little money, and too much socializing. You’ll set a course for creating and experiencing the holiday season of your dreams.
